Powder coating sprayer — Armstrong County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Armstrong County, Texas. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
