Scullery hand — Humphreys County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Humphreys County, Mississippi. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Six days a week, one day off.
