Fry cook — Ikono

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Ikono, Akwa Ibom State. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
