Immediate opening: backhoe operator (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Crawford County, Georgia. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. You will grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
