D6/D8 dozer operator — Pend Oreille County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Pend Oreille County, Washington. The job is at an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Your main tasks: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
