In-process quality controller — Ketchikan Gateway Borough

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Alaska. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing You will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
