Shuttering carpenter — Berkeley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Berkeley County, South Carolina. On a typical shift you will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
