Immediate opening: commis chef (Cross River State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Calabar South, Cross River State. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift. Pay around ₦11,500 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
