You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations.
