The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 4+ years on the tools preferred.
