Commis chef — Elk County

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Elk County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
