Refrigeration and AC technician — Currituck County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Currituck County, North Carolina. You will be based on new-build apartment projects. The role involves clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow. You should have: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
