Coating plant operator — Stephenson County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Stephenson County, Illinois. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches 4+ years on the tools preferred. $120 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
