In-process quality controller • Robertson County, Kentucky

Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Robertson County, Kentucky. You will work in an electronics assembly workshop. On a typical shift you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits 5+ years on the tools preferred.
