Urgent requirement: deboner (Ondo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Ondo West, Ondo State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
