Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Sullivan County, Indiana. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 6+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
