Groundworker • Mariga, Niger State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundworker in Mariga, Niger State. Day-to-day duties: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean What we are looking for: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker ₦175,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
