Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Meigs County, Ohio. Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal You will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
