Head butcher wanted in Carter County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Carter County, Tennessee. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $29 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
