Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Damaturu, Yobe State. Requirements: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery The role involves: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely Six days a week, one day off.
