Now hiring: we are hiring a rigger in Keith County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness On a typical shift you will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
