Immediate opening: we are hiring a bench joiner in Alleghany County, Virginia. The job is on a residential housebuilding project. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Day to day you will hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish.
