Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
