Cake decorator — Pickaway County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Pickaway County, Ohio. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits.
