Kitchen cook wanted in Lake County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Lake County, Tennessee. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
