Pressman — Oscoda County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pressman in Oscoda County, Michigan. The job is at a dry cleaner's. Ideal candidate: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Day to day you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; give each garment a final press before packing; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
