Bakery assistant — Lancashire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lancashire, England. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
