Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble fixer in Nash County, North Carolina. You will be based on a hotel and villa renovation project. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists The role involves fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat.
