Surface coating operator — Deuel County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Deuel County, Nebraska. You will work at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
