Offshore rigger — Mbo

Great opportunity: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Mbo, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a steel fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites We offer ₦220,000 per month plus benefits.
