Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
