Coating plant operator — Henry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Henry County, Virginia. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
