Offshore rigger — Dutsi

Immediate opening: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Dutsi, Katsina State. You will be based at a power plant. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear On the job you will handle: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
