Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request Full-time, day shift.
