Pot washer • Douglas County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Douglas County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Six days a week, one day off. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
