Refrigeration installation technician — Anderson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Anderson County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Your main tasks: • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution 5+ years on the tools preferred.
