Gardener — Giles County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gardener in Giles County, Virginia. You should have: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers The role involves: • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings Part-time with flexible hours. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
