Shuttering charge hand — La Paz County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in La Paz County, Arizona. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. You will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
