Sewing machine operator wanted in Fulton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Fulton County, New York. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams On the job you will handle: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
