Great opportunity: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Franklin County, Virginia. You will work in a smash repair workshop. The role involves: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
