Excavator operator — Upton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Upton County, Texas. Day to day you will keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; check for underground cables and services before digging; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures 3+ years on the tools preferred.
