Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Clay County, Florida. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
