Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane You will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
