Immediate opening: we are hiring a blocklayer in Murray County, Oklahoma. You will be based on a commercial construction site. You will erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
