Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Smyth County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits The role involves wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
