Prep cook — McLeod County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in McLeod County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
