Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation installer in Gilmer County, Georgia. You will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Full-time, day shift.
