You should have: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone Day-to-day duties: • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system Rotating shifts.
