Vacancy available: bread baker (Kwara State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Irepodun, Kwara State. You will be based in a bread factory. The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
