Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Phelps County, Nebraska. You will clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
